Furthering her education in real estate, Helen has acquired several designations to include GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RMM (Residential Marketing Master), and her RS (Relocation Specialist). Helen?s accounting background has always been valuable in advising her clients and customers.
Helen enjoys the marketing aspect of real estate. She is considered one of the best in the industry at pricing properties; having done hundreds of CMAs has contributed to her expertise. Her marketing plan has made her a success.
Being an ABR (Accredited Buyers? Representative) and RS (Relocation Specialist) greatly aids John in finding the perfect home for his purchasers. Serving on the Board of Directors for Combustion Federal Credit Union, a local financial institution helps him keep abreast on a larger scope of real estate market trends. John enjoys working with new homebuyers as well as established veterans of home ownership. His knowledge of Chattanooga housing and his patience have endeared him to his customers.
John and Helen are members of the National Association of Realtors and Chattanooga Association of Realtors. Helen serves on the Professional Standards Committee and is a member of the National Association of Certified Residential Specialist and the Chattanooga Association of Certified Residential Specialist.
