Choosing Chattanooga is easy! Being a resident of Chattanooga most of my life gives me the edge on knowing the 'hot spots'. Chattanooga and the surrounding communities have so much to offer you would think it to be confusing, but it is not. In a brief conversation an experienced realtor can help anyone determine the area they most desire. In the past 24 years, we have relocated hundreds of families from all over the United States and many foreign countries to our area.
Chattanooga is large enough to accommodate and small enough to appreciate! You can drive from most any point or neighborhood to the center of our area in 20 minutes or less.
Traffic is not a problem, our road system is very easy to master, and driving through Chattanooga from point A to point B is always a pleasure because of the beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere.
The small towns Signal Mountain and Walden are both located on the southern tip of the Cumberland Plateau, 15 minutes from downtown. The Hixson area is one of the fastest growing and most popular areas of town. Being located on Chickamauga Lake offers easy access for boating, swimming and fishing. Lookout Mountain offers many tourist attractions such as: Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Point Park, and shops.
Chattanooga is located on the Georgia State line so sometimes we feel that Georgia is a part of us offering rural and small town living. Most people working in Tennessee do not choose to live in Georgia due to Georgia state income taxes.
